Wood Materials

All frames are made in Germany from FSC®-certified wood. The wood comes from sustainably managed forests that meet the criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council. The Oak frames are solid wood from FSC®-certified sources with an Oak veneer.

All frames are equipped with nail-hanging fixtures in portrait and landscape format and are ready to hang.

Glass Materials

The majority of the frame windows are made of edge-ground float glass with a UV filter of approx 45%. For the extra large sizes of A1 and above we use a very high quality 3mm clear acrylic to prevent damage during transit. The frames are also equipped with an acid-free insert and a sturdy rear panel.

Frame Dimensions

For each of the sizes, the dimensions of the wood moulding is the same. These dimensions are 25mm in depth, 16mm width.

We use the famous Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Paper and state-of-the-art printing technology to create stunning, color-perfect Giclée prints, ensuring museum quality with archival grade properties.

Hahnemühle Photo Rag® (308 gsm) is one of the world’s most popular papers for high-quality FineArt printing. The white cotton paper, with its characteristic, wonderfully soft feel, boasts a lightly defined felt structure, lending each artwork a three-dimensional appearance and impressive pictorial depth. Combined with the premium matte coating, this paper produces outstanding prints that feature brilliant colours, deep blacks, striking contrasts and perfect reproduction of detail. This acid- and lignin-free classic meets the most exacting requirements for age resistance and is specially designed for FineArt applications.

It has a delicate surface, so we recommend extra care when handling.

We are shipping from one of our partners three locations in Düsseldorf, London or New York. All prints are made to order and after production (2-3 days), our shipping partners provide the following estimated delivery times:

• UK & Germany 3-7 business days
• Europe: 4-10 business days
• USA & Canada: 6-10 business days
• Rest of the world: up to 21 business days

Yes we are shipping worldwide! After production, your order will be dispatched from one of the print labs in Düsseldorf, London, or New York and we partnered with reliable carriers to ensure timely delivery across all destinations.

All artworks are made to order and are therefore non-refundable. If you need to make any changes to your order after payment, please reach out to us ASAP at rasuaine@gmail.com.

However, if your print arrives damaged and it’s clear the damage occurred during transit, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost to you.
